Twin-needle High
Speed Lockstitcher
With two straight
needles, self-lubricated vertical-axis rotating hook for catching thread loops
and sliding bar thread take-up, the machine can produce two lines of
lockstitch. Synchro feeding of needle bar and feed dog assures even stitches
and prevents materials being sewn form shifting. Knobtype stitch regulator and
lever type reverse feeding mechanism permit convenient operation. The arm shaft
and hook shaft are supported by ball bearing. With synchro tooth belt for
driving and plunger pump for lubricating, it is available for stitching shirts,
uniforms, overalls, women's underwear, jeans, etc.

GC205180B-D is designed with electronic servo motor, digital circuit control
and automatic sewing modes such as auto trimming, auto needle positioning and
auto stitch presetting. It features stable and efficient sewing

This series is the

which is designed with large vertical rotating hooks for thread loop catching
and sliding bars for thread up-taking. It has been sub-classed into single
needles, two needle, and single needle with undertrimmer and two needles with
undertrimmer. The application of needle bearings for arm shaft and hook shaft,
cog belt driving, plunger pump lubrication and compound feed by needle bar,
presser foot and feed doe provides this series with such splendid features as
smooth running, quiet working and a long service life. It is also equipped with
a safety clutch to prevent the hooks from damage by over-duty operation. So it
is especially available in stitching car seat cushions, safety belts, safety
air bags, tents, parachutes, etc.

This model is derived
from GC20618. The long arm flat bed gives a wider working space. The presser
foot can be lifted manually or by foot treadle. The bobbin winder on top and in
the middle of the machine head makes the sewing operation very easy. It
features smooth machine running, low noise and machine durability, available
for stitching car covers, car seats, safety belts, tents, parachutes, gliding
parachutes, sails, and other large workpieces.
