The Web turner was
developed to maximize the amount of production on the operation of cleaning up
the ends of webbing on military applications.
In this video clip you
are looking at 1 ¼ webbing being turned up, clean finish hem. And all
the operator needs to do is, bump the webbing to the back stop, then bump the
webbing to the right hand guide. Then press the black pedal. The cycle will
start the pattern. Close to the end of the clip you will see the cycle
sequence, the cycle consist of 6 different steps to make a cycle happen. There
again this web turner was developed to maximize production.
